[Contents]
This is a Marantz AV amplifier, model PS5200.
I received it when a relative moved, but I've determined it has various issues and I can't handle it, so I'm listing it for sale.
I hope someone who can repair it or use it for parts can make good use of it.

[Condition]
The biggest issue is that the power sometimes turns on and then immediately shuts off.
It sometimes works fine, but when it doesn't, it won't start up normally no matter how many times you try.
Leaving it unplugged for a while, shaking it, or giving it a light impact can sometimes get it to work again (but it often won't start up when it's not working).
Since the symptom doesn't occur every time, I wondered if it might be a solder crack. I opened the back cover, but I realized it wasn't a structure that a novice could easily work on, so I closed it without touching anything.

The exterior of the unit is generally clean, but there is some dullness on the metal parts.
I only confirmed sound output from the front AUX terminal as shown in the photos. I have not tested the operation of any other terminals.
A remote control is included, but it is very unstable. Please consider it a bonus.

[Other]
To reiterate, this is a defective product that does not operate normally.
Please understand this thoroughly before purchasing.
Please confirm any questions before purchasing.
Connection cables are not included.
Only the main unit will be shipped.
As I cannot find any other listings for this product, I will start the price at about half of the retail price and gradually lower it.

[Shipping]
It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and a cardboard box and shipped via anonymous delivery.
It is quite heavy (manufacturer's stated weight is 12.9kg), so please be careful when receiving it.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but shipping is generally handled on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please understand that even if you purchase on a weekday, there may be a delay.
