We've managed to keep cardboard and cloth tape costs free for 10 years, but due to significant price increases, we've reached our limit. Therefore, we kindly ask for partial payment of packaging costs starting in April.
The packaging material cost will be 1000 yen, so please let us know before purchasing if you wish to have it shipped!
If you are picking it up, please proceed with your purchase as is.

While we use thick cardboard only, if you are concerned, you can pay an additional 1000 yen for bubble wrap, and we will ship it with double-layer packaging: bubble wrap plus cardboard.
If you would like bubble wrap, please request a price change via the question section before purchasing!
We will change the price to include bubble wrap!

Please understand that Seino Group does not offer insurance. In case of shipping accidents, please discuss with Seino Transportation or accept it at your own risk! We cannot be held responsible for shipping accidents.

We will ship via Seino Group company's cash on delivery.
Shipping to company addresses is no longer possible, so it will be to your nearest branch only.
