I use multiple CP500X units for pure audio, and in terms of sound quality, it has a large damping factor, resulting in tight and crisp low frequencies. While the S/N ratio may not be as good as consumer-grade equipment, it has a clear tendency with few quirks. It also features low power consumption and heat generation, making it an extremely rare fanless amplifier in the professional D-class category. Unlike inexpensive Chinese digital amplifiers, it also features a built-in switching power supply circuit.
