VANS Shearling Boots

Purchased new about 6 years ago. Primarily used for commuting on a scooter during winter.
I retired about 2 years ago, so they have been unused for the past 2 years.
They worked perfectly when used, and were quite warm and useful as they block the wind. As shown in image 2, they can also be worn as short boots.
I believe they are still perfectly usable, but since I will no longer be wearing them, I am listing them in the hope that someone else can use them. I have marked the condition as scratches and dirt because the selection options were limited, but this is just my personal opinion. The wear on the heels is as shown in the images, and you can see the creasing. The area around the instep is also faintly whitened as shown in the images, but I don't see any scratches, dirt, or tears. However, they are not new, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
The color is black, as shown in the images. The size is US 11, EUR 45. There is no JP size listed, but it is marked as CM, which is 29CM.
For reference, my usual shoe size is 28.5cm for sneakers, but these boots had some room.
The material is synthetic leather. I am not very knowledgeable about shoes, but I will answer any questions to the best of my ability until the auction ends. After purchase, I kindly ask for no claims and no returns.
