*This board has sufficient buoyancy and is suitable for beginners. However, with a width of 29 inches, those who practice SUP yoga may find boards 32 inches or wider to be more stable.
That said, stability varies greatly depending on the rider's height, weight, and core strength, as well as wind speed and water conditions. If the water is calm and flat, or if you are a petite person with good core strength, SUP yoga is certainly possible.

The advantage of a 29-inch width is that it's perfect for leisurely tandem rides or for straddling with your legs spread when paddling in a seated position.
Also, as you get used to it, you'll find it faster than wider boards of the same length.

Furthermore, a note for beginners regarding the air valve: although it states 10-MAX 15PSI for air pressure, it's best not to inflate it beyond 10PSI.
While a fully inflated board feels more rigid and stable, especially in the summer, the air inside the board will expand as it heats up, and inflating to 15PSI can cause it to burst.
It will be cooled on the water, but if placed on land, keeping it in the shade or covering it with a sheet or a wet towel makes a significant difference.

Purchased new several years ago and used without issues until recently.
