This is an unused set of 2 NEC μPA68HA units.
They are unused old stock, but there are signs of them having been inserted into a socket for IDSS measurement.
This is the successor to the μPA63H, which was used in audio amplifiers from the 1970s to the 1980s.
It can also be used as a replacement for the Y-K99 in the first stage FET of the power section of the Yamaha CA-2000 (proven usage).
If noise or unstable DC balance is caused by this FET, replacing it may resolve the issue.
This type of FET is already difficult to obtain.
