Mini Spoon made of Shi Tree Wood

Description
This item is crafted from a Shi (Castanopsis cuspidata) tree from my organic garden.
(The tree was grown without any pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.)
The fruit is a type of acorn, and Shi nuts are said to have been an important food source during the Jomon period.
They were also reportedly used for things like railway sleepers.
In my workshop, I do not use dried lumber sold at home centers or lumber stores. Instead, I use freshly cut green wood and create my pieces using a technique called green woodworking, where the entire process is done by hand without power tools.
I cut the green wood with a saw and shaped it using only an axe, chisel, and knife. The finishing process involved sanding and applying linseed oil.
The appearance is somewhat rugged.
Since it is not treated with urethane or other finishes, you can directly feel the texture of the wood.
I hope those with metal allergies or those looking to reduce their use of plastic products will consider using this item.
To care for it after purchase, if it feels dry, apply commercially available linseed oil, perilla oil, or olive oil. The oil will soak in, gradually giving it a beautiful patina. If cracks appear, applying beeswax can help. Green wood breathes, and its expansion and contraction due to temperature and humidity can cause cracks to try and close. Beeswax will naturally emerge to the surface in such cases.
If the surface becomes rough, you can polish it with fine-grit sandpaper (400 grit or higher) to make it smooth again.
Please do not use repair adhesives found at home centers, as they can prevent the wood from naturally responding to its environment, leading to larger cracks.
After use, gently wash by hand or with a cloth or sponge, wipe off excess water, and dry in the shade.
(Note) Not dishwasher safe.
How about using it as a kids' spoon or a portable spoon for outdoor cooking?
