This is a classic board game, Takara's Life Game.
This is the 1997 Life Game EX (Extra) edition.
It is an old item, but it was purchased new at the time.
It has been stored in a closet since then, and I am selling it as I am decluttering.
*There is a crack in the plastic film on the outer box (see photo 4).
The contents are in relatively clean condition and do not affect gameplay.

The number of some instruction manual items does not match (there are extra paper money bills).
*Stock certificates: 8 sheets → 10 sheets
*Insurance certificates: 24 sheets (Breakdown: Fire insurance 11 sheets, Life insurance 12 sheets, Auto insurance 10 sheets)
*Flags: White flags are missing.
*Person pegs: 2 pink and 2 light blue pegs are missing.

Additional notes... *When I purchased it, there was a fragrance smell, the box and overall item had yellowing and dents, and the front and back of the instruction manual had stains at the bottom.

*Please read the product description carefully. We kindly ask that only those who understand that this is a used item purchase it.
