Handmade 3-hook bottom rig for horse mackerel, for live bait, uses cross beads, 5 sets, also for mackerel and rockfish

This is a three-hook dropper rig, effective for targeting medium to large horse mackerel and mackerel.

There were many times when I was the only one who caught a lot of fish with this rig using krill as bait, even when others weren't catching anything with sabiki rigs. Another feature is that its long total length allows you to search a wide range of depths.
This rig, which seems like it should have existed before, is particularly effective when fish are not biting with sabiki rigs and are being picky.
Conversely, it will catch fish without problems even when sabiki rigs are catching a lot, but since you need to attach bait, the turnaround time is slow, so we don't highly recommend it.

While the standard method is to use a float and put chum in a basket, this rig is also effective with the bukkake fishing method, which uses a heavy sinker and a shimari-dama (a type of float stopper) instead of the currently popular float.

The rig has three hooks, using Chinu hooks size 3. The knot used to tie the leader to the hook is a makura tsuki-soto kake knot, which is slightly stronger.
The total length of the main line is approximately 2.2m, with a hook spacing of approximately 60cm. The leader is made of 3-go fluorocarbon, approximately 20cm long. The main line is made of 5-go nylon, which has cushioning properties, as horse mackerel have weak mouths. Please note that since this is a custom-made rig, there may be slight errors in the length of each line.
Also, because it uses cross beads (swivels), you can replace just the leader or hook when the leader is damaged or the hook becomes dull, instead of replacing the entire rig.

Since the rig is long, it is fine for dropping straight down, but if you plan to cast, we recommend using a rod of 3.9m or longer.

Also, krill have a lot of amino acids in their heads and eyes, and the catch rate drops significantly if the head is missing. Therefore, we have included instructions on how to attach krill bait so that it is less likely to come off when casting and the head is less likely to detach (this is a method we arrived at through trial and error, and we would be grateful if you could try it, especially if you order this product).

Furthermore, if you use other baits such as saury or mackerel flesh, or live shrimp instead of krill, you can also target rockfish and scorpionfish.
