Heel protectors, 2 sets, with defects

These are heel covers for ballroom dancing shoes. I currently use a type that wraps leather with cellophane tape, so I'm offering these to someone who can use them.
They were kept in a bag with a Chacott instruction manual, but I believe they are either Chacott or Kent.
I've traced the covers with a pencil on paper and included the dimensions, so if you use the same type, please compare them to your own.
Although they are unused, there is some visible deterioration from storage.
*The reason I've specifically marked them as special condition is that, as indicated by the arrows in the images, there are areas where the leather was not attached from the beginning.
Please only consider purchasing if you understand and accept this. The price is set extremely low.
