KORG KAOSS PAD QUAD - Headphones output has issues

Upon listing, I checked all functions and found several issues.
When using the headphone output, turning the headphone volume knob or the input volume knob (located to the left of the touchpad) produces crackling noise at a level that is practically problematic.
When using the LINE OUT, crackling noise also occurs when using the input volume knob, but it is significantly less noticeable compared to the headphone output.
The effects and touchpad can be used without any problems.
BPM can be set using the knobs, but automatic BPM detection is unstable. (It is stable with a 4/4 beat, so this is likely a specification rather than a malfunction.)
Microphone input has not been tested.
The front is quite clean, with the protective film still on the touchpad, but there is dirt on the back and around the power adapter input. Neither of these dirt marks are sticky.
This listing includes only the main unit and the genuine AC adapter (KA350).
