From Google:
The product in the image is Kirie Issa Karuta (Revised Edition) featuring selected poems and kirie (paper cutouts) by kirie artist Kyoko Yanagisawa.
Forty-eight particularly accessible haiku poems by the Edo period poet Kobayashi Issa have been chosen.
Design: The beautiful black and white contrast of the kirie vividly depicts the rustic landscapes of Shinshu, animals, and the expressions of children.
Contents: In addition to the reading cards and playing cards, a commentary by the author (explanations of the poems and essays) is included, allowing for a deeper enjoyment of the world of haiku.
Publisher: The one in the image is the revised edition published by Sosyu-sha, but it has also been published by Shinano Shuppan and Brain in the past.
This is a revised edition karuta with illustrations by Keiko Yanagisawa, featuring a set of four card sets in a box.
