I checked for air leaks with soapy water when listing this item, and there are no leaks.
The dirt shown in the bottom photo was present from the time of purchase and could not be removed. It appears to be from the painting process, but it does not affect use, so I continued to use it as is.
There are scratches from use on the fin, paddle, and overall, but I believe it can still be used.
The pump gauge is working properly.
