The main structural components of the board do not use adhesives. Instead, fabric layers are joined using heat welding or high-frequency welding techniques, resulting in SUPs that are far stronger and more durable than those made with adhesive welding.

The rigidity of the board is maintained by pulling the upper and lower fabric layers together with countless threads. The use of high-quality threads has also contributed to the board's lightweight design.
