If it seemed a bit questionable, I've applied tape or filled it with resin, so it hasn't been used in a state where it would leak.
I am the original owner and purchased it new. I used it year-round for the first year, but since I introduce a new boat every year, I've been using it about once every three months or less in subsequent years.
Preferably for pickup.
Test rides are also possible.
As this is a bargain listing and I don't want to deal with time-wasters, I will only accept price negotiations at the time of pickup.
