Description

This was in active use.
Despite its compact size, it produces a solid sound, so I believe it's sufficient unless you have an exceptionally large room.
There are two scratches from moving; please check the images.
If you wish, I can include the cables shown in the image.

The YAMAHA SW-P201 is an active subwoofer with a built-in amplifier for home theater systems.
This model was included in 5.1ch speaker packages (such as the NS-P210) released in the early 2000s. It's a capable performer, featuring Yamaha's unique bass reproduction technology (Advanced YST) despite its compact size.

Main Specifications
• Type: Active subwoofer with built-in amplifier (Advanced Yamaha Active Servo Technology)
• Output: 50W (100Hz, 5Ω, THD 10%)
• Playback Frequency Range: 30Hz - 200Hz
• Unit: 16cm cone type (shielded design)
• Dimensions: Width 200 x Height 395 x Depth 384 mm
• Weight: Approx. 9.3kg
Usage and Connection Points
There are primarily two connection methods for the input terminals on the back.
1. Input 1 (Speaker Terminals)
• This method is used when the amplifier does not have a dedicated subwoofer terminal. Speaker outputs from the amplifier are connected here, and then connected to the main speakers from here.

2. Input 2 (Pin Jacks)
• This method connects to the SUBWOOFER OUT (or PRE OUT) of an AV amplifier using a single pin cable (RCA). This is the more common method for recent home theater setups.
