How about using it for core training on days without waves or at home?
It's handmade, and I've only tested it with up to 70kg, but I believe it's strong as it uses 15mm laminated plywood.
The paint is water-based urethane, finished with a final matte clear coat.
As it is made of wood, there is a possibility of screws loosening over time, so please perform self-maintenance if that occurs.
