This is a Canon NetHawk NH-UPS2 USB printer port conversion cable.
Model No: NH-UPS2
Cable length: Approximately 2.5 meters
The connector shape on the printer side is a standard parallel port Amphenol 36-pin (Centronics 36pin) male connector.
This is a conversion cable for connecting printers with parallel ports to USB.

I used this to connect a Canon laser printer (LBP series) to my computer, but I currently have no means to test it and its operation is unconfirmed.
