FCS Surfboard Travel 1 Cover 9'6"

I am selling this because my current board does not fit.
It says 9.6, but a 9.6 surfboard does not fit. It might fit if forced, but it didn't fit for me, so I used it for a 9'4 square tail longboard. That fit perfectly.
I have used it for about 3 years, so there are signs of use.
Specifically, the white interior has wax stains.
