Schuco Mercer 1225 Type 35J/1913 Tinplate Wind-up Car.
This item is a reproduction of the racing car Mercer Type 35J that was active in car races in the 1910s. It features a commanding body and a round windshield, which is rarely seen today, with red seats adding a nice accent.
The lever on the outside to the right of the driver's seat moves forward and backward.
Turning the steering wheel moves the front wheels left and right.
Made in West Germany.
*It is a wind-up type, and the wind-up mechanism is present but does not turn.
Maintenance may be beneficial.
The round windshield in front of the steering wheel is missing.
There are no noticeable scratches or dirt, but please understand that as it is an old item, there is a general aged appearance.
