Jointly developed by 3M Japan, which boasts its technology worldwide, and Manoeuverline Inc.
It is an eco-friendly non-slip material that is kind to the earth and does not pollute the sea.
The texture is completely different from products that create friction by roughening the surface; it has a unique feel that blends smoothly with the skin and wetsuit material.
This feel is created by a design that considers the balance of hardness in the surface's fine, friction- and drainage-calculated uneven structure.
The soft-textured surface suddenly increases contact with the sole of the foot when immersed in water, providing a comfortable grip that offers such firm grip power that there is no anxiety even during hard maneuvers.
The adhesive layer uses patented Comply adhesive.
Fine grid-like grooves are formed on the adhesive surface, making it easy to push out trapped air when applying, so even beginners can easily apply it.
After application, it has the characteristic of adhering firmly and being difficult to peel off even in seawater of various temperatures.
By applying Crystal Grip, you no longer need to wax your board, and you can paddle out as soon as you get to the sea.
It does not melt like wax in hot cars during the summer and does not stain your board case or car interior.
The design is beautifully transparent.
Most traction pads applied to boards in the past, even if they adhered strongly, left adhesive residue on the deck when peeled off, requiring a lot of effort and time to remove with large amounts of remover liquid.
Crystal Grip can be left on for a long time (2 or 3 years) without leaving any adhesive residue and can be peeled off cleanly.
