This is a template for left-right independent sliding dampers.

It is made with enough precision to be assembled as is. Please refer to the second image.

It is made in a highly visible color so that it is easy to cut and scribe when placed on carbon or FRP.

The theoretical range of motion is 3mm.
It moves quite a bit, so please adjust with spacers or other means if necessary.

The third image shows all the items included.
HG Carbon Rear Stay 3mm will be used. Please refer to the fourth image.

The seventh and eighth images show the completed product.

Templates for 102.5mm and 103.5mm are included.
2 is 102.5mm, and 3 is 103.5mm. Please refer to the fifth image.
Rear brake stay will be used. Please refer to the sixth image.

The front cut position is for one straight plate.
Fine adjustment is required. Please refer to images 9, 10, and 11.

The pipe attached to the lid is a 2.0mm hollow propeller shaft.
This needs to be bent with pliers. It is a bit difficult.
In terms of height, you will need the length of a straight plate and 3mm carbon. Please refer to image 12.

Image 13 is an example of installation.
Please make the anti-catch stays yourself.
