Description
Back-loaded horn enclosure kit using Fostex 2-way speaker units (8cm cone woofer and 2cm soft dome tweeter) from the August 2014 issue of Monthly Stereo magazine.
Obtained from the Music Friend Inc. online store and assembled according to the instructions.
It seems to be rarely seen compared to the bass-reflex type kit with the same units (Image 9) because it was discontinued shortly after release.
Used as part of a surround system or as the main speakers for a small system.
Both left and right channels play well.
When the bass is emphasized with tone control, it gives the impression of a 15cm woofer.
Includes the headphone box that was placed on the terminals as dust protection.
The headphones have reached the end of their life, but the box is sturdy and serves as an outlet for the sound.
