Yamaha NS-10M Woofer Grille, 2 pcs.

This is a woofer grill for the Yamaha NS-10M speaker.
It can help to make yellowed cone paper less noticeable and is expected to offer some protection against damage from children and pets.
This product was designed and manufactured by the seller using a fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printer with PLA material. It is not injection molded, so layer lines and fine surface protrusions remain. There may also be minor scratches, discoloration, rough surfaces, uneven gaps, steps, or stringing from the manufacturing process. In particular, the surface of one corner is slightly rough due to overhang printing. (This has been improved from previous listings with the addition of supports.)
For installation, you can use the original woofer bolts. However, as this is made of resin, overtightening may cause the bolt hole seating surface to crack. If you are concerned about air leaks from not tightening firmly, please use the original woofer bolts and attach the grill separately using Velcro or magnets. If you choose this method, please enlarge the holes with a 10mm drill bit.
The original bolts are approximately 2mm shorter in thread depth. While they did tighten, if you are concerned, please prepare and use M4 standard pitch bolts that are 25mm or 30mm in length.
A diagram is included. Please note there may be an error of approximately ±0.2mm.
The 11th photo shows the same shape but is not of the item being sold. The speaker unit itself is not included.
The seller is not responsible for any damage to the speaker unit, changes in sound quality, or damage to the speaker or this product caused by pets or children that could not be prevented due to the installation of this item.
