I also wore it once for a demo.
It's a size M, but feels a little large.
It came with bra cups, but they were too loose, so I removed them.
They are easy to reattach, so you could sew them in to fit your own bust.
I personally wore it with a nude-colored bra.
It has a back zipper and an inner lining similar to a leotard.
It's a very glamorous dress.
