This is a set including the KATO 8017-1 Toki 25000 N gauge model with cargo, a precision model railroad, and the Aogaeru (Green Frog) type train series from AnRail, specifically the Matsumoto Electric Railway set.
I won this in a lottery but am selling it as I won't be using it.
It is an unused item, but the outer box has minor scuffs from the beginning, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.
