Description

Power and operation confirmed. Control via the editor app Patch Base was also successful.
Considering its release year, it is in beautiful condition. Please enjoy the fat sound that software synths cannot replicate.

The TX81Z is a 4-oscillator synthesizer, the second generation in Yamaha's popular FM sound source synthesizer series. The TX81Z's oscillators can generate 8 different waveforms, allowing for a wide range of sounds such as FM bells, electric pianos, and rich basses and leads. The preset [LatelyBass], frequently used in early house and Detroit techno works, also played a part in making the TX81Z famous.
