This tone generator features high-quality sounds utilizing Yamaha's proprietary AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) sound source technology. It can be easily used by anyone as a sound source for computers, or as an expansion sound source for synthesizers and Clavinovas. (From the owner's manual)
