TsuriKen Meta Power 0-3B Rooting.

Description
This was given to me by an acquaintance who worked at Tsuriken about 20 years ago. It is unused, but it was hung on a hook, so there is dirt on the string and scratches on the float. The acorn-shaped float is an unfinished product with poor coloring, and it seems the finishing coat was not applied, so there are small cracks and dirt on the paint.
