Made of plastic. Operation confirmed on R610 oval track, but not guaranteed to run, therefore sold as junk. The powered car has a modified undercarriage and is equipped with a Tenshodo power truck. Interior lights confirmed to be working. The other car has no power and no interior lights. Exterior is in good condition, please judge from the photos. No accessories included, only the main unit.
