The reason for the 訳あり (訳あり means reason for discount or flaw) is a tear at the base of the tightening strap on the right boot, as shown in the last two photos. These are not reef boots and do not have cold protection features (water entry prevention). Please consider purchasing only if you understand this.
The size is 25cm.
I usually wear 26.5cm sneakers, but I prefer a snug fit for wetsuit boots, so I tried on and purchased a 25cm pair at the store. However, my index finger hits the tip, which bothered me, so I stopped wearing them and kept them in storage. Foot shapes vary, so I can't say for sure, but personally, I think they might be good for someone who usually wears 25.5cm or 26cm sneakers.
