【Product Description】
This is a brass HO gauge model made by E.H. which was directly purchased about 40 years ago at Yokohama Mokei, a renowned hobby and model railroad shop located next to Yokohama Station.

This unit was selected by the owner's discerning eye and has been carefully stored by the sole owner ever since.

■ Value and Specifications of this Product

Locomotive No. 2101: Among the many EF58 locomotives, this is a very popular number.

Small windows, no visor: This specification features a clean window area that enhances the streamlined beauty, with no rain gutters (visors) above the front windows.

Brass with H60 stamp: This is a high-quality brass model from E.H.'s prime period, featuring an H60 stamp on the bottom. It possesses a weightiness and dignity not found in current products. It feels substantial.

Exterior: Please check the three noticeable areas of paint lifting and peeling. There are two point-like peelings on the roof and a scuff-like area above the headlight on the front. 【Confirmation Required】
Fine dust is granular and orange. There is some dust due to hydrolysis from the deterioration of included items.
【Please be careful when cleaning.】

The deep blue luster of the brass is beautifully preserved. The condition of the monitor windows and pantographs on the roof is also good.

Bottom: Including the metal gear box, there are no major scratches or damage, and the condition is extremely good considering its age.

Operation: Currently, we do not have the environment to test the motor, so we cannot confirm its operation. However, there are no critical issues such as seized gears when turned by hand.
