Mesh attached to the inside of the front baffle.

The following includes personal impressions, opinions, and anecdotes.
These units were acquired and stored because they were the highly popular 409B. At first, I didn't notice, but upon closer inspection, the tweeter is indeed from a 409B, but the woofer part seems different. I suspect that the woofer from the 308, a successor to the 409 series, was combined with the 409B tweeter. I believe the rear label was carefully removed for this reason. However, the sound is strong and forward, comparable to the 409B. Given the era, vacuum tube amplifiers might offer a more nuanced experience. These have been assembled and adjusted in a sturdy cabinet with thick panels. Please check the YouTube video to hear how they sound and to confirm their condition.

Due to the weight, shipping will be via Sagawa Express C.O.D. in 2 packages from Saitama Prefecture. The size is not yet determined as they are not packed, but please estimate the approximate shipping cost from the sum of the three dimensions.
