Fast Shipping + Free Shipping: Fishing Bait - Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) - Small Size - 2kg - Free Shipping

Thank you for viewing.

These are Mytilus galloprovincialis mussels. They are in the same mussel family as Mytilus edulis and are similar in appearance, with slight color variations as shown in the images. The fishing results are said to be the same as Mytilus edulis. As these are easier to obtain at this time of year, we are listing them as Mytilus galloprovincialis.

*Please refrain from ordering if you are in Okinawa Prefecture, Kyushu region, or other remote islands, as we do not ship to these areas.

① The size is from less than 3 cm to 0.5 cm, sold as a 2kg lot without selection. As we do not sort them meticulously, there may be some mussels larger or smaller than 3-0.5 cm included. We will remove as much dirt, cracked shells (including those already open and dead), barnacles, and seaweed as possible, but some may still be present.

② As shown in the photo, some mussels are clumped together with byssal threads, while others are individual. They are sold without selection.

③ If you have a preferred delivery date, please specify a date within one week from your order date.
Please note that we may request a change of delivery date if high waves or strong winds persist.

④ These are for fishing bait and not for human consumption, so they will be shipped in a standard box with water-repellent treatment. If temperatures rise, ice packs will be included.
We have shipped over 800 orders of mussels without any reports of spoilage, so please rest assured.

Sales and shipping are subject to the conditions ① to ④. If you are concerned about other details such as packaging or box type, please refrain from ordering.
