Description
This is a natural Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir japonicus).
Male, approximately 200g, live.
1kg: 5000 yen (approximately 5-6 crabs, depending on size)
Large: 3999 yen
Medium: 2999 yen
Extra-large and super extra-large sizes are also available. Please inquire via comment.
Extra-large (approx. 200g): 5000 yen
Super extra-large (250g+): 6000 yen
(We will include the largest available if it meets the super extra-large criteria. We have previously had crabs around 400g.)
Caught in the Minami River, Fukui Prefecture.
The crabs are purged in mud for about 2 weeks, and fed pumpkin to sweeten the miso.
They will be shipped in a styrofoam box.
Legs and claws will be tied with hemp string for shipping.
Shipping method will be as shown in the last photo.
Please refrain from ordering if you are in Okinawa or Hokkaido, as delivery may take too long.
Shipping is primarily done on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you prefer not to pay cash on delivery, please let us know in the comments. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
