Lot of 4 Victorinox/Forschner Fibrox professional kitchen and butcher knives with black non-slip Fibrox handles. All four handles are marked Victorinox Fibrox.  Lot includes a variety of commercial-style knives, including chef, boning/fillet and larger butcher/slicing styles.  Visible markings include:  * Victorinox 5.6503.15 / 40610 / NSF – approx. 6 curved boning knife * Forschner 806F-8 / NSF – approx. 8 flexible fillet knife * 830-10 / NSF – approx. 10 chef knife * Fourth Victorinox Fibrox knife has worn/faint or no visible model number  Pre-owned and well used in a professional/commercial setting. Blades show substantial scratches, scuffs, sharpening marks, and general cosmetic wear. Three blades have the previous owner's name Sherman hand-etched/scratched into them. Handles show normal wear but appear intact.  These have not been professionally sharpened or restored and are being sold in their current condition.
