This Chicago Cutlery 72B 6 skinning/boning knife is NEW old-stock. It has the CCC logo and Flowing Edge logo embossed into the stainless steel knife blade. The handle is made of solid walnut and is perfectly smooth with tight flush brass rivets. This knife was manufactured between 1970-1980. A perfect addition to a home chef or a vintage era collector.
