Description

This has a unique and very cute design.
How about for concerts, parties, or weddings?
It's a beautiful item, used only once.
The shoulder straps and bust area were a bit loose, so I took them in slightly myself. I believe it can be undone.
It will be shipped as is, with the alterations.
I personally didn't notice any issues with the tulle part.

Please understand that this is a used item, and those who are sensitive to such things should refrain from purchasing.
Thank you.
