Vintage 1961 Binocular Case Brown Leather Strap Red Interior MCM Field Bag

Fantastic mid-century binocular carrying case in dark brown with contrast stitching, leather shoulder strap, brass-tone hardware and an unexpectedly vibrant red fitted interior.  Even better, this piece comes with its original ephemera: a vintage instruction card describing the patented “Easy-Access” binocular case and safety lock, plus an original store receipt dated June 1961 from Manchester, Connecticut.  The case measures approximately 9” x 5” based on the photos.  Features a structured hard shell, adjustable leather shoulder strap, distinctive envelope-style front closure and COP-marked safety latch. Inside is a bright red fitted compartment originally designed to secure binoculars.
