Beautiful vintage mid-to-late 20th-century porcelain duck-form tureen/covered trinket box. Hand-painted in the traditional Japanese/Chinese Imari style, this stunning piece features rich cobalt blue underglaze, vibrant iron-red floral motifs, and highly detailed gold gilt work tracing the feathers and head. Perfect as a Chinoiserie statement piece for a dining centerpiece, mantle, or entry console table. The hand-painted enamel and gold leaf details remain bright and crisp with minimal surface wear. No chips, cracks, or flea bites along the body or lid.
