Purchased 5 years ago as a backup unit, but only used about twice due to the following issues and my setup (primarily using in-rack EQs).

Since purchase, the LOW CUT/RANGE buttons are slightly recessed from the surface, making them difficult to switch with a finger.
Switching is possible with a thin object like a pen.
