Ishidai Bait - Deep Water Red Carpet 18kg
This is supplementary information for deep-sea fishing. For deep-sea use, because it has little turbidity and sinks quickly, it easily creates a red carpet on the seabed, allowing you to quickly attract Striped Beakfish. Why do Striped Beakfish gather and stick to the carpet? This is just my personal theory, so please forgive me!
Striped Beakfish have a strong curiosity and a habit of investigating what's happening at a particular spot. This is important: the red carpet absorbs the scent of the chum and continuously releases it. I believe this is why Striped Beakfish are attracted and caught at this spot. In fact, Striped Beakfish search for food within the carpet by expelling water from their mouths. To scent the red carpet with chum, the key is to finely crush the chum, mix it with seawater, and then mix it with the red carpet. This will scent it, so please use this as a reference.
The deep-sea red carpet will be sent in an 18kg bag. (For depths of about 20-30 meters or in strong currents)
The method for making chum is written in my profile. Regarding how to apply the chum, imagine attaching fish to the bait.
When the chum starts to work, you'll get bites one after another. You should gradually raise the depth. Ultimately, you want to raise it to 4-5 meters directly below the rod. (This depends on the location.) It's also best to apply the chum to a pinpoint spot. Imagine a bright red carpet directly below your rod.
Striped Beakfish will gather on the bright red carpet. You'll also catch migratory Striped Beakfish well. (I believe fish that have eaten their fill of chum are resident fish, and those that haven't eaten chum are migratory Striped Beakfish.)
The effectiveness is incredible. If there are other anglers nearby, using the white or red carpet will prevent them from catching anything. They won't even get bites. That's how effectively fish are concentrated in a pinpoint location.
Some people might think this is a ridiculous chum, but it's serious chum. I've spent 28 years thinking about how to maximize catches while keeping costs down, and this chum is the result.
Striped Beakfish are not mythical fish, nor is fishing for them an activity for the wealthy. I believe fishing for Striped Beakfish is about passion.
Incidentally, using this chum, I've caught 26 Striped Beakfish or young ones (ranging from 28cm to 53cm) in a single day. (With chum) (In autumn, an average of 10 fish per day.)
First, aim for 10 fish and do your best.
There's a world you don't know within this chum (lol)
