Description
Vintage NSF heavy-duty #6 portion scoop/disher with 18-8 stainless steel bowl and mechanism, white ribbed handle and geared trigger release. Marked 18-8 Stainless Steel, and with a circled 6 size marking. The gear-driven release works perfectly with a nice tight, smooth action. Holds approximately 1/2 cup when measured at home; commercial #6 dishers can vary somewhat in stated capacity by manufacturer. Great for ice cream, batter, mashed potatoes, rice, cookie dough and other portioning needs. Normal surface wear and light scratching from use are truthfully shown in the photos.
