There is a chapter that describes general baking terms and a detailed index. It is in very good condition overall with a dust jacket that is complete and in very good condition on the outside and shows some age-related yellowing on the inside. The hard cover is in very good condition. The outside edges of the pages show a few small spots. Inside, the binding is tight and the pages are complete and unmarked.
