Cover has worn through on the spine in the front, edges and corners worn, with some splotches. There are some hand written notations, water marks on many pages, a few stains and splotches on pages. Pages have darkened slightly. The book cover is a little loose in the front. No other detected issues, no tears, missing pages, etc. Slight old book smell. Please see photos.
