Beautiful condition ✨ barchetta Vacuum Forming Set with Dust Collection Plate

■ Vacuum Forming: Thin PET sheets (0.3mm/0.25mm) can be heated, softened, and molded onto a master mold to create replica parts.

■ You will need an electric stove or heater, and a vacuum cleaner separately for this product.

【How to Use】
1. Set the vacuum cleaner (suction machine) to the vacuum former.
2. Place the master mold you want to replicate in the center of the stainless steel plate of the vacuum former.
3. Sandwich the PET sheet between the aluminum press plate and attach the handle, then secure with screws.
4. Turn on the vacuum cleaner switch.
5. Heat the aluminum press plate with the PET sheet sandwiched inside, rotating it parallel over the stove/heater.
6. While observing the sagging of the heated PET sheet in the aluminum press plate, place it over the master mold and quickly suck out the air (create a vacuum) to form the replica part.

【Tips】
* If you overheat the aluminum press plate with the PET sheet sandwiched inside, the transparent PET will turn white.
* If you do not heat the aluminum press plate with the PET sheet sandwiched inside for long enough, the PET replica mold will not adhere well to the master mold and will become loose overall. Please practice repeatedly to find the right heat level for the aluminum press plate and the distance (height) from the stove/heater.

【Precautions】
* Never lift the aluminum press plate from the vacuum former (main unit) while the vacuum cleaner is on and the aluminum press plate with the PET sheet sandwiched inside is being suctioned.
* It will bend at the handle screw fixing point. Lift the aluminum press plate after turning off the vacuum cleaner and stopping the suction.
* When heating the aluminum press plate with the PET sheet sandwiched inside over the stove/heater, be extremely careful to avoid burns and injuries, and work within your limits.
* Please take sufficient precautions to keep small children away.
