I usually wear a size 28cm in NIKE, and these fit me, though just barely. When I purchased them, they were listed as 27cm, so I've set the size as 27cm. Please use this as a reference.
There is some wear on the heels, but they still seem wearable. If you are concerned, you may want to replace the soles.
