Paint Booth - DIY Assembly - No Fan - For Panasonic FY-27BK7

This is a custom-made paint booth. I am grateful for the positive feedback on its cost-effectiveness, and I have had multiple customers purchase it.

I have designed it with a size and exhaust power similar to the Nero Booth Mini and am selling it at an affordable price.

- Height: 461mm (excluding the fan)

[Compatible Fan]
- Sirocco Fan FY-27BK7 (Airflow: 350m³/h)
*Please provide your own fan.

[Features]
- Size is almost identical to the Nero Booth Mini
- Airflow is 50m³/h stronger than the Nero Booth Mini
- Tested with dense smoke to confirm excellent airflow
- Includes LED light for easier work
- Fan is operated by the power switch
- Quiet operation at 34dB
(For reference, 40dB is the level of a library or a quiet residential area)

- Duct is not included
- Please prepare a φ150 duct hose

[About the Filter]
The Nero Booth Mini product description states:
Since the organic solvents in the paint mist are dried in the reduced pressure chamber before being sent to the sirocco fan, a filter for protecting the sirocco fan is not necessary.
This product is also designed with the assumption that a filter is not essential due to its structure.
If a filter is needed, it can be easily attached with magnets.
*Attaching a filter will reduce ventilation performance.

[Exhaust Power Confirmation]
The product is listed after confirming the exhaust flow by injecting smoke.

[Maintenance]
- The fan can be removed in 2-3 minutes
- Instructions for removal and assembly will be provided via direct message after purchase

[Price]
Previously sold for ¥20,000 with the fan included, this time it is ¥8,800 without the fan.
Even with the added cost of approximately ¥10,000 for the fan, the total cost is around ¥18,800, making it an affordable option for easy setup.
