The PetSafe EasySport Nylon Reflective Waterproof Back Clip Padded Dog Harness in Size Small has a stretch neck for added comfort as well as a quick release closure. The leash attachment is in the back and there is a handle to quickly gain control if needed. The harness is in good condition, though there is some staining on the neck, does not affect functionality. Make sure to view photos. The manufacturer recommends for dogs 20 to 30 pounds, though you should properly measure prior to purchase. Chest girth is adjustable from 21 to 27 inches. To accurately fit for your dog, measure the girth of the chest, around the widest part of your dog's torso, behind the the front legs with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth measure snug, but not tight. If you do not have a cloth tape measure, you can use a string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the harness and your pet's chest for comfort.
