The Diamond Compressor (CPR-1) has been a long-selling product and a representative pedal of the Diamond brand since its release in 2005. It is an optical compressor with noiseless, hi-fi sound quality that achieves the quality of rack-mount studio compressors in a pedal format. Its natural sound quality, which does not overly alter the original guitar tone, has made it a favorite among a wide range of guitarists across all genres. The Tilt EQ works by slightly cutting the low frequencies when boosting the high frequencies, and conversely, slightly cutting the high frequencies when boosting the low frequencies. Practical equalization is possible with simple operation by just turning the knob left or right.
